By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

If we discover that you are under 18, we will immediately terminate your account and you will forfeit access to any yibbles you hold.

2. Speculative Activity - High Risk

Yibbles are digital collectibles on the Solana blockchain. Their value is entirely speculative and determined by community interest.

You should expect to lose your entire contribution. Only participate with funds you can afford to lose completely.

Yibbles are NOT:

Investments
Securities
Financial products
Promises of future value

The value of any yibble may go to zero at any time.

3. No Investment Advice or Promises

Yibbles does not provide investment advice. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as:

A recommendation to adopt any yibble
A prediction of future value
Financial advice of any kind
A promise or guarantee of returns

We make NO claims about the future value of any yibble. Past popularity does not predict future outcomes.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

4. AI Characters Are Entertainment Only

The AI personality engine powering yibble behavior is for entertainment purposes only.

The AI does NOT:

Have a wallet or control funds
Make financial decisions
Trade tokens
Generate revenue
Provide predictions about value

AI-generated content (text, images, behavior) is purely for fun and community engagement. Do not rely on AI output for any financial decisions.

5. Risks You Accept

By using Yibbles, you acknowledge and accept these risks:

1. Total Loss

Any yibble's value may drop to zero

2. Volatility

Prices can change dramatically and rapidly

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about platform availability, feature functionality, or outcomes

4. Blockchain Risk

Transactions are irreversible; lost wallet keys cannot be recovered

5. Regulatory Risk

Future laws may restrict or prohibit this activity

6. Smart Contract Risk

Bugs or exploits may result in loss of funds

7. Platform Risk

We may shut down, change features, or cease operations at any time

You accept these risks voluntarily and agree not to hold Yibbles liable.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Yibbles is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or harm resulting from your use of the platform
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the past 12 months
We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party services, or blockchain failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations. If you are in such a jurisdiction, the minimum limitations permitted by law apply.

7. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, contact us at legal@yibbles.com and we'll attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules.

Arbitration is individual (no class actions)
Arbitration location: Delaware
Arbitration costs: We'll pay filing fees up to $10,000
You may opt out within 30 days of creating your account

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict of laws principles.

8. Additional Terms

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
